Exercise and Diabetes

Some of us may have eaten and drunk a little too much over the festive period or we may not have taken as much exercise as we should. The first few months of the New Year are a time for getting things back on track – eating more healthily and taking more exercise to get things back on track and this includes our diabetes.
We have developed a new booklet ‘Exercise and Diabetes’ which gives some helpful information on the different types of exercise and the reasons exercise is important, such as looking after your blood pressure and your heart.
